Owning a home shouldn’t feel impossible…and guess what? It isn’t. All it takes is thoughtful development and a city or community with enough heart to push for it. That’s how TREG’s “Actually Attainable Homeownership” initiative was born, and why we will have 30 affordable, all-inclusive, single-family homes coming to Eagle Mountain next year.

Who gets one?
All homes MUST be owner occupied (these are exclusively for homeowners, not landlords or developers).
All applicants MUST have an estimated household income range between $70k - $115k annually.
  • The minimum income needed per home may vary based on interest rates, down payment size, existing debt, and lender requirements.
  • The maximum income accepted will be based on HUD's 80% AMI limits, which vary by household size. Smaller households have lower income limits, while larger households may earn more and still qualify. Maximum income limits are subject to annual adjustments.
