Grantsville is a smaller, rural community located in Tooele County, Utah. Before construction of our complex, many primary care services such as medical, optical, and therapeutic solutions were only offered at a 25 minute+ drive for Grantsville residents. Through strategic analysis and a very personal engagement of professional providers both in and outside of Tooele County, our team was able to bring those essential services to the people of Grantsville. Our building also provided a home for the regional United States Dept of Agriculture office to support nearby farming communities.
Gateway Park is a condominiumized professional space, permitting us to sell some units in the building while offering others for lease. This innovative delivery strategy gave the client we represented the ability to apply cost recovery + profits from the sold units against the units they decided to keep, thus reducing overall risk and increasing their profit.
